and me and my friend both emailed them like a month ago, and she ended up getting tickets! probably because the title of her email was "conan and barenaked ladies? excellent!" before they had even announced the guests, lol. mine mentioned olp, so no go there. i still get to go though! i'm sooooo damn excited!

Me and my boyfriend particularly enjoyed when he threw the bucket of pucks into the goal.

i couldn't see as many american's enjoying it though, it's almost like it's not a show about Canada, it's a show FOR canadian's. Most of the humor would go way over american's heads. Not to mention it's kinda stereotyping us.

oh and also, i just realized that most of Canada DOES have an accent, i never realized Ontario as well as the east have such an accent. Us westerners talk just like American's though. Probably because we're more spread out and havemore comtact with america then the rest of canada (western alienation)

pfft. Thats what you think. As an Eastern-er I can really hear your accent. Its the whole, you don't know you have one thing.

Matt Good is one person, who travels so I dont really think he is a very good representation. Everyone I have talked to has had a slight accent, and talks pretty slow. I am not trying to be insulting or anything but its true.

You make it sound like most of the United states doesnt have accents as well. (Some of them are a step away from cockney.)
