1 man.
1 voice.
1 guitar.
1 track.
No editing.
Plenty of screw-ups.
Live.
Now.

Just a sec. I think I might have found some free service...

BTW, it's an MP2 because I haven't had time to change it to an MP3. It's not good enough to bother, anyways. I was just bored.

Hehe, not too bad Rob. The music critics of the CM may crucify you, but it's not too bad. So yeah, some more practice and stuff and I think it would sound pretty good. For those of you on the hub, the filename is Robert Marshall - Are You Sad.MP2
I'll put it on my website or something tomorrow. I'm too lazy to do it right now.

Its not too bad Robbo. Did you tab it out yourself? Or did look up the tab?

Looked up the tab.

I was just really bored, and didn't want to bother with layering stuff and perfecting it. I just wanted to try uploading a song to the computer...

Reminds of the first time I recorded. I did "Black Bird. Needless to say it sucked.....well no but it wasnt the greatest and it was too shabby either. My voice sounded BAD!! Never do a cover while puberty is doing its thing to you :uh: :freak:

Yeah, let's remember there are some of us here that aren't on the fucking Hub. So yeah, for all I know, you could be kickass or sound like a castrated goat plucking strings with its hooves. Yep.

Definately number two.

I can't upload it here, so Matt was going to upload it somewhere at some point today. I'm sure he'll get around to it eventually.

I listened to it again today, and with the mistakes, I really didn't do the song justice. At all. I just played it once while singing, and didn't bother with warming up or fixing mistakes.

So, to redeem myself, I'm off to record a layered-up, less-crappy version of Is Anybody Home. This one will turn out much better. If I don't get it done today, I'll either get it done tomorrow or Sunday. That is, of course, unless I get frustrated and break stuff.

For example, I recorded a super-awesome version of Happiness & The Fish, but got so frustrated with the vocals that I deleted all my guitar work.
