"the way that I love you"
::
I don't care if you don't love me
I only care that you know the truth
I don't care that you'll never see me
The way that I see you
When I see you trip I hit the ground
I'd break myself to break your fall
And when you stand back up without a sound
God I wish to me you would could call
Upon my mind you soar the days
You change my mind a thousand times
I wish I could find you through this daze
But you never see through my entendre line
I know you'll always be there, and I'll be there for you
But I also know you'll never love me, the way that I love you
::
It's a poem about falling in love with a friend, and never being able to be with the way you wish. Sadly, I kind of drew from a personal experience for inspiration.
