Your best bet is P2P services. Allowing people to download videos from websites takes a hell of a lot of bandwidth, which gets really expensive.

umm, you click on the downloads link on the left side of the screen then click on download for the video that you want...

Good site, Paradiso is a great venue. While you're on there check out the Silkstone concert (they're right below the air guitar championships), they're a Dutch band with influences of OLP, Dave Matthews and John Mayer.
Too bad they don't have the Starsailor show up there, I missed that because I went to Danko Jones on the same night.
