I'm just wondering if anyone else who went to the Dashboard Confessional concert at the State Theater in Detroit received a demo cd from this group.... They are acoustic emo and consist of Ashleigh Raczkowski and Justin Curth, they are right out of Tecumseh.... After hearing the sample cd I purchased their full length album "Gather Up the Pieces" online, it cost under 10 bucks and Ashleigh actually took the time to write a thank you note for purchasing the cd. I strongly suggest you guys check them out. Their official website is picturesofannie.com . If you go to mp3.com/picturesofannie , they have a few of their songs posted...... For a local band they are amazing.... Well at least I think so... Check'em out :D

Oh my Lord, I used to have such a crush on Ashleigh. Then I found out she's been dating the lead singer guy for three years. She made me sad.

Yeah, I saw them open up for Koufax this summer in Ann Arbor, and they blew me away. I wish Ashleigh would play bass on more songs, or maybe even sing, but I don't dictate the band. Then I saw Feeling Left Out, then I was blown away by them even more. Then Koufax came on, and then I forgot the other two bands.

Hell, I still talk to Ashleigh once in a while. She's the nicest person alive.

Yeah dude, she is pretty damn hot... and I know what you mean about her playing or singing a little more on the tracks.... she has a nice voice.... They are suppose to be releasing a new Ep in the next couple months I believe... Anyways the cd is so fucking good.... That was probably the highlight of the Dashboard show , was finding out about this group.

Yeah, seeing them open up for Koufax was damn amazing. I never would have imagined they'd be as good as they were, but they shocked me. I haven't heard the cd yet, but if they come around my town, I will make sure to come see them play. They more shows in Ohio and Indiana than they do in the Detroit area, which makes no sense, but whatever.
