i'll give you thta, even i had a laugh over all that stuff... me and my friend just started calling random stuff freedom-, like freedom spread... other known as butter. But either way, if the french ever wanted to help us in anything maybe they should have shown up, Like in the Gulf War the french showed up after the war and got in all the PR pictures

and the americans showed up near the end of ww2 they didnt exactly run to help there LONGTIME allies the FRENCH. Let's not forget who helped liberate the america, write the constitution, and generally be a pain in the ass to Britain to keep them from taking back America, lets not kid ourselves if the British were bored and motivated to take America they would have. French has always been america's ally in democracy (where do you think lady liberty comes from?) And after all the history, GWB destroyed a longtime relationship just because they decided they had a differing oppion and disagreed against going to war. I disagreed against war, does that make me and evil anti-american?

How can so many American's be so ignorant of there own history? Or perhaps it's something much more terrifying, perhaps people no longer care about allies and consequences....i prefer to think that the american people a good people with morals, not heartless.....or mad in a sence
