its the kind of movie that will make you depressed and want to sleep for days but then your sleep is racked by nightmares

i wanted to die by the time that movie finished.

query:what is wrong with jared leto? it is my profound belief that, despite his relatively diminuitve stature, he is in fact, quite fantastic. as an actor, he chose his parts well and was both hillarious (reference: sol goode) and inspring (reference: prefontaine, requiem for a dream) when called upon. furthermore, as a muscian, he is nearly unequaled (reference: thirty seconds to mars - self titled).

i don't think they were criticizing jared leto. moreso the plot of the movie

so what was the plot of the movie? is it worth watching it?

I think this was the best movie I've seen all year. That or Donnie Darko.

no, actually just the opposite. i've seen pretty much every movie he was in...great actor...im not actually insulting the movie either

to rephrase my statement...jared leto's looks were the only non-disturbing factor in the movie

Yeah, there's nothing more disturbing, yet strangely intriguing than the Jennifer Connely scene at the end of the movie. So wrong, yet so very right.

It's a great movie, and you can freak people out by telling them about some of the gross scenes.
