actually russian was a communist state untill recently and i can't quite put my finger on it, but it's a very bad comparrison considering Canada is your neighbor who also happens to be your countries "closest ally" and we also happen to speak english and share media. Putin maybe though????? oh and also canada doesn't have the confusion of government changes such as russia, and many people would acciodently choose a cumminist leader forgetting they wern't presidents

actually i'm young enough though that it was before my time to know it, plus, i did learn it this year in history of western civ, but seeing as how it was western civ we didn't spend much time on it, so i forget who it is, but alot of those last names are communist ex. trotsky
