Apocalyptica

Anyone listen to Apocalyptica? They're really cool, though their CDs are damn hard to find (at least here).

I never knew how cool cellos could sound until I heard Apocalyptica.

If any of you are looking to check out their stuff, I reccomend Pray!, Path, Hope, Kaamos and Hall of the Mountain King.

I have Cult, and I like it. I haven't listened to it in ages, but I definitely enjoy it.
I suppose you probably knew this, but Hall of the Mountain King is a Grieg song. Apocalyptica do a pretty cool version, though.

the metallica covers are also really freakin awesome :)
who knew 4 celloists covering metallica would actually sound really good?! :P

yep!

enter sandman, master of puppets, harvester of sorrow, the unforgiven, sad but true, creeping death, wherever i may roam and welcome home (sanitarium) were covered by them
