Did anybody reach 100% completion? I seem to be stuck at 75%

I did, however, get all of the hidden packages. That was cool. Unlimited access to a heli. Nice.

Ya for sure!! Those are a pain in the ass if you actually search for them. Takes forever, I had to cheat and use a guide for like 12 of them... I know, I should be crucified for my malevolent deeds...

Hey, I used the guide after a while too.

It was a pain in the ass to use the guide though, because I had to go to each package area that I already had, so it took me a lot longer than it should have.

Ya I know what you mean cause you don't really think of all the ones you've picked up or where from.

hahaha. Lando's a born killah. I couldn't get past the Lance one where you have to save him. then I quit.

Oh I know, but I went and punched Lance.

Same with the mission where you get to steal the cop uniforms. I'd make Lance chase the car and I'd punch him lots!
