Hey party people, have any of you people heard of Koufax? Well, they're doing a brief US tour this summer before heading off to Europe for the rest of the summer in July. If they are coming to your town, I recommend you go and see them. They are highly entertaining live, they have original music, and they will talk and drink with you for hours on end. So go to
www.koufaxmusic.com and look into these guys.
Like I always say, you can never beat a band with a pianist/keyboardist. They are amazing.

Yes, they are. They will be in Ann Arbor on July 15. I will be there, as will Bethany. You should come, they put on an amazing show.

OK, I need to bump this. You people need to listen to this. It's like 80s synth pop, but much better and with meaningful lyrics. It's kind of emo music, but without the whining, so come on people, check it out or I will kill all of you.

I keep bumping this thread so maybe someone on this board will download a few songs, listen to them, and tell me what they think. So far, I've got two fans to post and one person to spam the thread. Would you people just listen and critique?

I know you like them man. I want other people to listen to them.
By the way, their cd is up on ebay right now. The auction is about to end. Last time I checked, it was at $0.01. I bought the cd for $15. You can make a real deal off of it.

Well, this doesn't shock me, but the people that gave Koufax a chance seem to be the only people that gave indie music a chance in general. That's sad, you people might love this band, and you're all not willing to listen.
By the way Dan, isn't Koufax, or at least the singer, from the Toledo area?

I downloaded a few songs. I wasn't overly impressed. I can see how one would like them, but it's just not my cup of tea.

I think the keyboardist might be too. I know their old drummer and bassist is from Detroit (I am not sure if either of them are still in the band or not) and the replacements are from Connecticut and St. Louis. I know they record in Saline, Michigan. That's about it.
