If ya carry your cds in your car, here's a space saver!

I have over 400 cds and I hate the fact that my book is freakin PACKED with cds (the one I keep in my car) and I also hate having to switch cds whenever I want to hear a different song. (i.e. going from one U2 cd to another)

As much of a geneous as I am (and plus I'm bored so I wanna chat a bit amongst you all) I decided to make "Hits" cds of several bands that I got sick of playing cd rouelette with.
Thus.....this is also saving me space in my cd book.

Here's the ones I did thus far:
* U2
* Incubus
* Matchbox Twenty
* Hootie & the Blowfish
* Red Hot Chili Peppers
* Nelly
* Dr. Dre

Is that NOT a great idea :lol: I'm bored......thanks for taking the time to read this.

that ia absolutely the greatest thing i've ever heard

i know exactly what you mean about switching cd's

i hate when you listen to a song on one cd and it reminds you of another song that you really wanna hear on another cd, thats a pet peeve and a half

^ Exactly!! I can go from listening to "White America" by Eminem then all the sudden want to listen to Not Enough :lol:

Its a pain in the ass.......but I think OLP's cds as a whole and Em's cds are far too deep to roll into one.

hmm i never really have that problem. i always like to listen to my cds all the way through pretty much.

but.

i HAVE discovered a great way of switching cds easily when driving.

i got this thing called a "Sticky Pad" and, just like it sounds, its this little sticky pad thing (that is actually not all that sticky) that you slap on the dashboard and can put things like sunglasses, change, or EXTRA cds so they dont slide around on the dash while you're driving. so basically before i leave i think what i'm going to listen to after the first cd and put it on the sticky pad for a quick and painless transaction when the first cd ends.

thats right folks, no more searching through casess, no more visor cd holder crap, go sticky pad!
