Eves strikes again

Ernie Eves must be voted out of office.
This prick is now planning on making it illegal for teachers to strike, and illegal for them not to volunteer to run extra-curricular activities.
So, we can't possibly survive if we miss a couple of days of school while our teachers fight to make our education better, we can't survive without untrained conscripted coaches teaching us how to whack balls around in amusing manners, but we can survive without the millions of dollars the conservatives took from the school system?
Do senior citizens not see his giving them a tax rebate as a transparent ploy to gain their vote?
Agh!!

or how about a revolution? I'd like a revolution, just a small one.
I've got an Anti-Stupidity Army set up at my school, who'd like to join and protest the stupid out of the provincial government?

You remind me of a friend of mine who, when we got in a car accident, suggested that they just post signs that say "Don't Do Stupid Things" all over the roads

How about a protest? If you people can organize a protest of high school students to speak out about the actions of this guy, then the news would be all over it. I mean, come on, politically involved teenagers are hard to come by, and would be perfect fodder for television. Get your displeasure about the guy out in the news, and hopefully that will get the other side of the story about Eves' attempt at screwing the educational system up. Anyways, senior citizens like cute children, therefore, you can sway their votes. Think about it, if you really work on a good protest across the area, it could work out quite nicely.

man, at our school we are constantly protesting
something. people just seem to think we autimaticly dont know anything just because we're kids. plus the fact that in the last year there has probably been a protest against the provincial gouvrnment by one group or another just about every day has probably lessened the impact of yet
another group protesting.

Yeah, don't you hate it when you make a joke....and no one gets it, so you have to explain it on step at a time. By that time it is no longer funny. So many good jokes die that way. Maybe I should stop telling them at my school. None of the tards there are competent enough to understand them. -_-

actually the first part makes sense but the second?

that's wild. what the teachers can do in the future is use the student body to protest. they can assemble walk outs for the students and what not, if they liked being used as pawns. i went to a school where that was the case. three of four teachers got fired because they stepped up to the principal and refused to do his bidding and the student body walked out at the "recomendation" of the teachers. that was a wild day indeed.
