AP test= Advanced Placement test that is scored from 1-5. a 3 or above can get you college credits at some schools.

I was supposed to be in the IB Program... but meh... life happened, I guess. I didn't want to be with my old friends from magnet middle school anymore.

my bro's choice as it stands right now..
goto magnet school or goto private school
florida has some of the WORST public schools in the US .. except for the magnet schools in jax.. (his school and another school in the city are ranked in the top 10 in the states or something for public schools)
the rest of the schools blow. unless you play football and want to get scouted and scholarships to UF, FSU, U Miami or any other major school for football in the states heh

I thought that in Florida if you pass with an IB diploma you get an automatic full scholarship to U of F. Which sounds like a sweet deal to me.

k.. i asked my bro about it and this is what he said:
him: "either IB and 75 hours of comm service or 1280 SAt and 150 hours... or something like that"
me: "and you get 100% tuition waiver?"
him: "yeah cept for labs... and junk of that nature.. one advantage to staying in FLorida for undergrad is that"
hope that helps clarify somewhat

is that 75 hours on top of the 150 hours required for an IB diploma? Cause that doesn't sound right...

Our library is closed off because of AP testing.
It's very annoying when you need to type something up and they won't let you in. I have books I have to renew.
