despite some rather dubious scientific evidence in support of this so called "serious environmental threat", i find any attempts to rectify it at this time quite spurious in the face of the fact that today's date is may 6th, and it is still winter in alberta. in fact, we just recieved 20 centimetres of fresh snowfall.
the temperature is currently -4.
damn the kyoto accord. i will be leaving my car running overnight in the hopes that the so called "greenhouse effect" will actually do something.

Actually, from what I've read, the global warming theory predicts that precipitation will increase before it decreases.
But whether that warming is entirely natural or the result of human intervention is a different topic.
I personally think it's more natural than anything.
