ooooh. i saw them open up for greenwheel last september. they're good.

not so much on the studio songs though.

that's okay though. good live bands are nice.

I'm seing Socialburn this weekend with Seether and Ra.

Social Burn sounds a lot like Bush trying to be Nirvana (if that makes any sense). Originality would be nice. How many more grunge wannabe bands are there going to be?

I think Bush is trying to sound like Nirvana! Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of both bands (Nirvana much more-so than Bush) but Bush sounds a lot like Nirvana and I think that a lot of it may be a conscious thing. There's nothing wrong with emulating the only other band that is in the category of OLP IMHO.

for a modern rock band, I actually think social burn isnt all that bad, at least the one song i've heard from them.
Most modern radio rock bands = ugh
