Alright guys, time for me to shamelessly promote one of my websites. :D Hehehe.

I know there's a bunch of chairheads on this board. So, you'd better join. Anwyay, I just started an unofficial street team for them, because their official one is beyond pathetic. I'd really appreciate it if some of you would join:

http://silverchair-asylum.cjb.net/

I've worked extremely hard on it, as has my second in command, Kym.

The promotion "Diorama" has gotten in most countries is such a shame, because it truly is one of the most original and incredible albums that's been put out in quite some time. We're just trying to get more people to know it exists, and need as many members to help us with this task as possible.

awsome job on the website nikki! i signed up but im not sure it went through. oh yeah and i also just got my above mentioned friend to join.

little tidbit: i never ever hear silverchair on the radio or on tv so when "the greatest view" came on as background music on some mtv show my sister was watching, i lept into the room like batman

Congrats on the Batman-esque entrance Steph.

Anyways, will the Silverchair tour actually happen? I thought he had horrible arthritis and can't play the guitar for more than like 15 minutes?

Dude, that's SO cool!

Yeah, hopefully! They haven't officially announced it yet, though. So far all that's official is Australia and then Brazil... then more "overseas dates" (overseas being not in OZ for them). I'm sure the US will be part of that, but I don't know how many cities they'll do. Thankfully I'm near NYC, and I'm sure they'll play New York. :D

Thanks! I'm really proud of how it turned out. :) Your form probably went through... it should've showed up in your "sent items" folder if you use Outlook or Netscape... if not, then it didn't go through. And thanks for getting your friend to join! Eeeeeee! So many members already, almost 50!! I'm so happy! *dances*

Yeah, they're never on. :( Hopefully this team will be able to change that. And hahahahah, I'd do the same thing.

Yeah, he has really bad arthritis, but apparently the treatments he went to LA to get worked really well. He can play again. I'm so glad, he was in so much pain... so sad. :(

And, anyone read? Daniel's engaged to Natalie (Imbruglia)!!!! I'm so happy for them, they're so cute together. :)

actually it's mostly in his legs isn't it? plus it's a disease that will go away with time so he needs to just sit out for a bit

batthumb  ... batman is a guy in tights with money and a really smart buttler... he's got nothing, also its not a big accomplishment when your arch enemy is a clown. Hes still cool, but superman kicks ass

Heheh, I didn't get it that long ago, either. But that's because it was on TV here (I know, biggest surprise in the world for me, too... I couldn't believe it... haha) in the summer, and I taped it. We were actually the first people to see the thing. I love Comcast (my cable company... who also supplies this lovely high speed internet connection I use ).
