Thoughts/Opinions? I love their new song 'When I'm Gone' and I used to be so in love with their song 'If I Could Be Like That'

"When I'm Gone" is a great song......but actually so far I like the title track (#2) to the album better. I could see that being the next single (even though that's a far early prediction).

3 dorrs down are ok, not really amazingly origanal, or interesting, but they still make some good tunes and i could sit and listen to them.......unlike lots of other crap that seems to be so popular lately

They're ok... their new single doesn't really do anything for me but I loved Krypronite and If I Could Be Like That.

I was a big fan of "Duck and Run" and I love "So I Need You" the best song on that album in my opinion. The new album sounds too much like "Be Like That", too commerical and poppy.

Ha, I remember Nickleback opening up for them. I walked out on Nickelback.

I thought "Be Like That" was ok. After the first couple of times hearing "Kryptonite," I hated it. Way too overplayed. Like Nickelback.

Off the first cd....."Duck and Run" was actually my favorite song after they were done and moved on to the new album.

Hah, I actually know who your avatar is Emily. It's that guy who snowboards and skateboards professionally. Shaun White, as your title says. I remember seeing him get smoked by a professional skateboarder back in the day. I also used to play as him in a Coolboarders game.

Yeah, like OLP's new album Gravity

Ugh .. I hate those terms .. like being popular is such a bad thing .. it's funny how whenever a band gets big and certain songs get heaps more airplay all of a sudden people turn on them and start labelling them 'poppy' and 'too commercial' .. it's like people expect bands to stay small and fly under the radar .. success isn't a bad thing people

no, success isn't a bad thing. however, the kind of music which tends to be successful, by and large, is.

3 Doors Down is just another average rock band, every song I've heard lacks any sort of creativity. They're just doing the same thing that gets done every year, unfortunately every year we get another one of these bands popular too. Pure mediocrity

is everyone forgetting "Loser"? That was their best song.

As long as I don't ever have to hear Kryptonite again...
Then I can admit that 3 Doors Down isn't as bad as I'd like to think.
