Who I am,
Where I've been,
What I've been through,
So don't try to understand
What goes through my head
Because it will leave you
With unanswered questions.
I don't need
Your sympathy,
Your consolation,
Your empathy;
Because it always originates
In your head,
Not your heart,
And only worsens the pain.
I will not
Break down my barrier
Leave my safety
So you
