what's that song??

i figured we needed one of these threads for when you have a song stuck in your head and you wanna dl it and just can't think of the name... or maybe that's just my problem 
ok, so it's this cheesy 80s song with some chick singing with cheesy 80s funky popish music and the only lyrics i can think of are "It AIN'T the way that you dress.." any ideas whatsoever?

How bout this one..I've always wanted to know who sang it and what it's called. They play it on the Edge a lot, I think it's kinda old. The only words I know are "And you just don't get it....and you're not too accepted, no, you're so pathetic...and you doooon't."
There's words where the dots are, but I don't know them.
