"Swimfan" (The Movie)

I just saw "Swimfan" and it was better than I expected; and I expected it to be very good. I also picked up the soundtrack afterwards, which warrants this post into this area of the message board, right? Wayne has a song on the soundtrack called "Slow Down", that is why I bought it. The rest of the soundtrack is pretty lame, since I already have five of the songs on other CD's. As for the movie, it's a "teen thriller", but I'm 23 and I loved it. So did my girlfriend, and she's usually critical as all hell. I reccomend this movie a lot...
Overall: A-

Erika Christensen was excellent in "Swimfan". The only other time I saw her was in "Traffic" and I liked her in that film as well. She's one of my favorite new actresses, along with Katie Holmes. They're both beautiful, smart and sexy. Erika Christensen is smokin' in "Swimfan", but my girlfriend said she was just "semi-cute". I agreed, but thought otherwise.

I'd have to go with semi-cute, too. She looks a lot better in that picture up there.

I kind of liked the advertising campaign they had for "Swimfan". It all ties in with the movie when you see it. On a side note, I think I have West Nile.

I couldn't stop laughing when I saw the trailer. It looks so unbelievably terrible.

Believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see.
