OK, so here's the deal. Two friends of mine from my Weezer board just released this cover album and it is absolutely fantastic. So, I figured I'd spread the thing over here on the CM since we're all serious music fans here. I probably could've put it in the Weezer thread, but it's too good to get buried in a thread that nobody goes into but me. :P

Anyway, here's the MySpace (a link to download the entire album is on there):

Please give it a listen. These guys did a phenomenal job.

Side note, WOW this is impressive. Ryan just put that page up two days ago and already: "Profile Views: 628". :GASP:

 Yeah. But it wasn't done at that point! Since then, Jack added harmonica to that track, and mastered the entire album. As good as "Autumn in Jayne" was then, it's even better now.

 Yeah, that's a hilarious outburst from one of the few Homie live recordings we have from back in the day. That lady was loud. Jack imitates it before "Hot Tub" on this album, too. Great stuff.

Sand, I shall not forget!

Thanks for weighing in, guys! :)

My friends got a mention in the Edmonton Journal!

http://www.edmontonjournal.com/Entertai ... story.html

I wonder if it's in the printed version, or just online. Anyone get the thing and could check? And possibly send it (or two) to me?
