Web Designers Wanted!

Are there any really good web designers out there who would like to help me rebuild my website? I have the background graphic made, and the general design mapped out in my head (I have a layout like it for one of my journals but don't know how to code it for an actual website). All I'd need is for someone to code it so that it would be:
(a) easy for me to alter when I need to add new pages
(b) able to run on both IE and Mozilla
I took a year of this stuff in college and came out with nothing. So my website has laid dormant for the last eight months or so, because I can't find anyone who can do what I'm looking for. All I'm really asking for is a stylesheet I can use on every page that is easy enough for an idiot like me to use.
Please keep in mind I can't pay you with money. That probably lowers my chances, and I accept that. But I'd be willing to repay the favor in whatever way I could (short of home-made porn).
I know it's a long shot. But I figured hey, why not ask.

If you can put together a decent enough stylesheet that I can use on all my pages I'd be happy
The way I want the layout is the way I have my GJ basically:

I have a different header image, but that's basically the layout of it that I want but can't achieve on my own because I am teh suck at this stuff.

oh dear, I've been having the same problem.
I have a pre-made design from a website... I just don't know how to put it in correctly.
I need mine to work in IE, Mozilla and Safari.
If anyone could also help me out you'd be my hero.
I can pay or send you fun stuff in the mail.

hmmm. i shall have to ponder this further. i didn't really have a favour in mind when i did this, and it wasn't really that much effort, but i can't let this opportunity to go to waste!
also, austin, i can take a look at your thing too if you want, since i'm the only one volunteering here

w-eelll, i know you're pretty good with graphics, but i have this thing about using only my own stuff. and there's nothing in particular that needs to be pimped...tell you what. how about for now we just say you owe me one, and then i'll call you on it if the need arises in the future
