I dunno what the rules here allow for, or if anyone really cares, but the full Angels and Airwaves album has leaked. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post it here, but let me know if anyone wants it.

I saw the video, and I was suprised when his voice was less annoying than usual.
less annoying...
The song itself was alright.

It's decent. I just downloaded it for the hell of it, because the drummer for the offspring is their drummer.

i got (parts of) the album...not knowing it was leaked. i thought it was out already, and after seeing the music video for 'the adventure', i went to download other songs to see if the album was worth buying.
i ended up downloading mostly songs by other bands, that were labelled as angels and airwaves. after finding the track listing and lyrics for the album online, i realized that only about three songs were actually from angels and airwaves.
those three songs were pretty good...so..uh...good cd, it's looking like. when it's out in may, i'll probably be getting it.
i wouldn't bother trying to download it, though, unless you want a bunch of mislabelled songs from other bands.

I have the whole thing already, and it's all the correct songs. If you want it, let me know.

Sweet. Fake Blink is not nearly as good as actual Blink but I'll still take it.
I saw the video too, but I couldn't be bothered to listen to the song when there was an astoundingly bad video to become mesmorized with. I definately couldn't be the only one to laugh at it.
Ironic that this was supposed to be the serious side project. Haha.

In his defence, the song did sound a lot more serious and mature than blink182 ever was.

I never really cared for Tom's voice.....so I'm not sure I'd even care to listen.
I'm looking forward to Mark and Travis' project (Plus 44)

Mark produced Motion City Soundtrack's last album too.

I've always preferred Mark over Tom as far as vocals......maybe its just me.
Has anybody heard the initally leaked track "No It Isn't"??? Rumor is that Mark wrote the song to Tom after Blink split.
If not, go to
http://www.plus44online and check it out.

same here. He sounds less ... umm ... whiney/yelly/annoying, but he's still got enough of those qualities to make me want to not listen.

Yes. Clearly Mark was the only one who could get away with singing most songs. Their last album had good mixes of both of them together though. It blended well. They played up the strengths of each.

Have you checked out Plus 44 yet, Rob? Their official website basically has nothing, something to the effect of "coming soon - masterpiece in the making". But at least plus44online.com has the lead track on it, to listen to.
Edit: under the "Media" link you can even download the track. However, its a low quality version (40KPBS)

Yeah, i agree. the songs were a good mix of both voices.
i dont know why i say that, because i dont own a single blink cd....
and i didnt know Mark and Travis had a side project! i thought there were only Travis/Tom project (boxcar racer), Tom's side project (A&A) and Travis w/ the Transplants.

Oh wow... maybe it's cause I'm still stuck in the pop-punk phase or it has the nostalgia of blink... but I love it. It has a couple weak songs, but overall I think it's excellent. The guitars are thrashy (new school U2) and Atom Willard does a great job with the skins. It's a great arena album (which may explain why people might not like the album).

Atom Willard is a great drummer. I hope he's not leaving The Offspring
