Roommates Wanted

Hey all, long shot and who knows if this will get me anywhere, but does anyone live in the Albany NY area? I'm looking for a roommate and I am having absolutely no luck. I found a beautiful two-bedroom apartment I want to rent, and can't afford it on my own. And since you guys are some really cool people, I figured it couldn't hurt to ask.

Some specs on the apartment:

There's a carpeted one ($900/mo) and a hardwood-floor one ($975/mo). Either one is cool. I don't care which one I rent.
It's not a bad price to pay for rent, considering it's in the Delmar area, and it would be just like paying for a one bedroom apartment all on your own, which I do now.
They don't include utilities, but they do include sewer and trash, and there's a washer and dryer for each individual apartment, as well as lockable storage space in the basement. Budgeting and sharing the costs will make for a very economical living arrangement.
The apartments are both first floor.
There's a parking lot.
It's in Delmar, in a very safe neighborhood. I've lived here all my life.
The hardwood floor apartment is completely new and renovated, with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. The carpeted one is not as new, but it's still in fantastic condition.

My godfather used to own and live in the building, and he took good care of it. I spent a lot of time there as a child. It's a really nice place to live.

If anyone is in the area and is looking for a roommate and is willing to share the cost of rent and utilities, please let me know. I'm desperate.

Thanks guys.

Anyone else think it's insanely cool that she came on and asked the CM to be her roommate?

Johnny I'd love it if you'd be my roommate :happytears:
You should move here.
We'd get along great.
And I wouldn't have to use all your sluts.
