Does 102.1 the Edge think it's morning listeners comprise of nothing but 8 - 12 year old boys?

They had some whole discussion about small penises ahiwle ago. This Eduardo thing was only funny the first 2 times I herd it. Now this morning they started inserting fart noises during Perl Jams new single and during Angels Loosing Sleep.

Maybe I'll just sit in silence the first few hours of work and turn it on later when Josie comes on. She's pretty cool tends to play the retro stuff (In addition to retro recall) so we're not hearing the same 6 songs relased in the past 2 months over and over again.

I tried CFOX from Vancouver but it's blocked and that Pandora thing thinks just becuase I gave Chantel Krev. a thumbs up that I'm into Britney Spears and Christina Agulara.

I did just download the entire Beatles catalog off BitTorrent the other day. Maybe I'll bring that in to work load it all up into Media Player and hit randomize.

I stopped listening to the Edge morning show awhile ago... It used to be funny but I just can't stand it anymore.

i agree with you guys.

i called them once when i was 16. and they would not take a single word i said seriously because i was a 16 year old girl. that is exactly what they told me.

since then, i realised everything they said was complete bull.

I'll stick with Winamp and my iPod. Can't go wrong when you pick all the songs by hand.

Yea but then you run into the problem of never hearing new stuff.
I'm trying out Last.fm it's better than Pandora so far

All the new music I hear, I find on the web, or am told about. I think the last band that that I actually took intrest in after hearing on the radio was Matthew Good. That was ages ago.

ugh. we have jack here. i don't like it ...they've started playing way too much poppy junk from the 50's. and i actually like dj's. i neeeeeed a morning show, and news and weather breaks now and again..
the wolf in regina has pretty good dj's in the morning and afternoon. they're amusing a good chunk of the time.

Is "Jack" the format that's pretty much an iPod loaded with hits from the past few decades all on shuffle?

If so, ours is called "Ben" cos we're cool. (Actually it's cos it's Philly and it's named after Ben Franklin.) I don't mind it nearly as much as other pop stations. And ours recently got djs. Oh, plus the announcer/commercial guy is Elaine's boss from Seinfeld. +win
