welcome to my world. My friend and I have this discussion alot.. There are so many unsupervised kids nowaday. they run wild, are disrespectful and have no manners.. Afew have sid cause it is kids having kids. I mean when you are 12, 13 and mom is only in eaarly 30's.. My parents weren't home and I basically was home till my brothers or sister came home.. MY parents taught me well and I onyl hope I can pass that on if I have kids

I have seen the leash on kids alot. It looks llike a bad thing, but it isn;t really.. Keeps kids nearby.. I work for transit. I can't tell you how many little ones I see wander away from their parent.s Even though not my job, I can't help but keep an eye on them.. PLus I have dealt witfew lost kids at work. The worse was one time when I was waiting for a friend. This woman pulled intot he parking lot( of a bank) she had two kids( I say about 1 and 5).. She left them in the car and went into the bank ATm.. I can' t believe she did that. Left two small kids in a car. I felt responsible to watch that nobody kidnapp them or somethign. I didn't say anything cause People get angry when you tell them something like that. Still I found it upsetting she did that. Left them there.. THere wasn'teven a window she could look out of to watch on the car..
It all boils down to how you are brought up.. If your parents have no respect why should a child..

My parents had this.. terrible harness contraption for my little sister.
We went to the zoo and it was the most embarrassing thing ever for 11 year old me.
They're good parents, though.. really!
