Last I checked, Disney couldn't make sequels, even though they always do.
However, in this case the first movie was pretty damn good.

actually, i'm not sure the keith richards thing is true. i read a lot about it back when they had just started making the movie but there's no mention of him anywhere in the imdb credits.

I saw some ET interview or something with Keith Richards talking about it.

yeah, i read an interview with him talking about it. according to imdb.com, though:
Rolling Stone Keith Richards was set to make a cameo appearance as the father of Captain Jack Sparrow but Richards had to pull out of the project due to his commitment with the Rolling Stones world tour. Johnny Depp had previously said that his performance was based on Richards.

ahhh i went to see this movie tonight! the theatre was jam-packed, and we could only get seats at the very front. but it was so worth it. the movie is awesome! i highly recommend it
so go watch it! now!
