Thoughts? Mine, personally, are "oh, crap" and "I hope the Green Party wins!"

PS. Check out Harper in his infinite wisdom: http://www.intheirownwords.ca/harper.html

I actually get to vote in this election. Time for the electoral parties to fill my mind with their filthy propaganda, and then I can choose the lesser of the evils. Yay.

The Liberals will take it again.

Actually, a lot of analysts are actually expecting them to gain seats in the House, rather than lose them.

Does this mean I can vote Green with a clear conscience?

Martin's campaign opening speech was pretty dirty!

Honestly, if I was the average Canadian with no real party loyalty, I'd vote conservative. Seriously, all the arguments Harper is making are pretty strong ones, but there's still that ridiculous going back to same-sex marriages. Dude. It's over. Get over it.

Hahahahah
Well, I knew this election was coming. And I agree, I think Martin will take it. Harper is losing popularity fast, and I say this not with my deepseeded dislike of Tories in general

BUT
An election for me, means volunteer time! We're all over the NDP Candidate, my schedule is booked solid til Jan.23. Including ME POSSIBLY MEETING JACK LAYTON.

The sad part about this election is that I don't turn 18 until March 9th. Just missed it. :(

Why vote? It's gonna be the devil in a different suit, different tie.

Green Party? They may know lots about environment but I'm pretty sure they don't know shit about managing money and economics and business. Then again, maybe that's a good thing.

Liberals? More bungled money in gun registry programs (which coincidentally don't really work), advertising scams, and general tomfoolery.

Conservatives? Welcome to Junior George Bush with the face of Stephen Harper. Where the message of tolerance is to shoot first, ask questions later. Or maybe there is no tolerance at all.

NDP? Mr. Layton is solid, but do you really see this guy as a Prime Minister? Let alone, do you see the NDP as a ruling party?

We need Queen Elizabeth II to rule us again. Then everything would be dandy
