This past week i have gotten the best and most amusing voicemails so i am making a thread to share amusing voicemails you've received! :mrgreen:

earlier this week, my mom left me a voicemail on my phone and this is what it said "i'm just checking in on you and seeing what the heck ninja camp is?!"
sidenote: my away message said i was at ninja camp!

i received two good ones today and once again one of them was my mom.
this was hers: "<whispering> hi i got a lead for you. call me back." so apparently, my mom is now a detective.

the next one was from some crazy lady. she was all loud and giddy telling me i won a trip and to call her back to claim it. that amused me and shared me at the same time. amusing cause that would be a sweet job. scaring cause i wonder how they got my cell phone number :O

My friend Darren got a voicemail from his mom in the middle of the night that said:

"Hey Darren, it's Mom calling. Just wondering if you knew where your brother was."

That would be all fine and lovely, but Darren doesn't HAVE a brother....

I got a message from my friend that went like this:

"Hi.... um.... Al? This is Melissa.... I called to see if you were in.... but.... obviously you're not... so... well... I was just calling to talk to you... but I can't... cause you're not in... but... I guess... you can call me... you know my number... in case i'm home... if i'm not... then... um... we can talk another time i guess... well... anyway... since you're not here... i'll just go now... so... call me or something... bye!"

I've been getting messages like this from her for years :lol:

they're usually about 3 minutes long. I played one back for her once and she was like "wtf? why am i talking so slowly about nothing??" :lol:

I used to have a brother named Leroy, but my mom threw him out. (shh, it's a secret!)

Mom (going on about how too many things are disposable, after seeing a disposable baby whipes add): You use a cloth, you throw it out, you floss, you throw it out, you wash the baby, you throw it out..."
Sister: So THAT'S what happened to Leroy!!!
