Record industry stoops lower.

Easytree, a website which provided torrents for live recordings and unreleased studio recordings, has just been shut down. I think it's pretty sad, these guys actively enforced rules against sharing officially released stuff. Not enough time to rant about it now, though. I have to get to class.

Yeah I loved that site! Damn them! There was no album or officially sold and released stuff allowed.

What really bugs me is whenever someone uses the term "stoops" it's always to a new low...

Why can't someone stoop to a new high! or like something positive for once!?

SHEESH!

Those websites hosted torrents to LOSSLESS recordings. Meaning, large downloads. The type of people who you find there generally want to preserve their music in the highest quality possible/original form. They're the type of people who will want to buy albums, and have the artwork and all that stuff that is meant to come with it. I can't believe that they're the new target.
