Work sucks today. Boss is gone until monday. I get to use his office with the nice leather chair, but, still kinda sucks.

Well I have a killer final to study for that is in two and a half weeks. I'm going to my professor's house today to do some yard work for him because he can't lift anything, for money of course. I can't complain too much.

so today i show up for work at 4:45, thinking i started at 5. but no, the shift i was covering for my friend started at 3, and he failed to mention this. when i asked if it was a regular friday shift, that means 5 - close. he KNOWS that. he probably made a mistake, but it makes me look bad.

so then i get paranoid, and nervous and can't look my supervisor in the eye. she scared me so much i ran away. but then i was working hard, doing my job, things are going ok so i start to relax, and then she starts training me on the new patio stuff we just got in, so it's all good. half an hour before close, a customer on the phone starts swearing at me because he bought something and it was missing a part. we're out of stock, so i can't help him. i tell him i'll call other stores, and get back to him when i locate the part...and he starts swearing at me. bastard. i can't make the part appear out of thin air. so i hung up on him. if you want service at my store, you treat the staff in a civil manner.

Today at work, I put paper things where plastic things had been, took 25 pounds of paper from one office to another, and put about 500 stickers on stuff.
