I read a longer more indepth article in the Winnipeg Sun today, they're getting people to fill out pettions and send them in. What Chart didn't mention is the fact that Randy helped organize the Winnipeg event, and also fought for years to get it there. And then he gets slapped in the face like that? Not cool Juno's, not cool at all.

How can a Winnipegger as sucessful as Randy get snubbed? In he probably is one of the top 4 most sucessful musicians to come out of Canada, let alone Winnipeg.

I say Chantal, Neil Young, and all other proud Winnipegger's demand his presence

he got totally used.

He's a Canadian Icon, part of the first band to make it big in America. Part of BTO, a HUGE part of Winnipeg. And he's not even invited to the Juno's to play when they're in his home town.........but the Tragically Hip and Simple Plan are? SIMPLE PLAN? Who the fuck are Simple Plan? and no offence to TH fans, but come on they've done a lot of shows lately and it's not even their home town. What would people in Kingston do if it was held there and TH weren't invited?

Though the deadline has passed, we should still at least to get heard. Who knows maybe they can work him in or do something.
