does anybody else find their short term memory getting progressively worse as they get older?

yes! actually, its more that time/memories gets confused. I can remember things, but I don't remember the order of them, i guess.

it's like my brain just wont absorb anything unless i really focus on it.
i can read a thread, then go back to it five minutes later because i dont remember what was in it.

i cant remember names or phone numbers or anything even, without a considerable amount of effort.
