It varies. At the moment I do. It's a big universe, ever expanding in fact, somewhere there has to be more planets capable of sustaning some form of life as well. In millions of years maybe they will be so evolved they will find a way to reach us...if humans stay the way they are now, we'll blow the shit out of them if they do. Also maybe we'll find the way to travel that great distance, and if they are like us, they'll blow us away. Yep.
