It's a newly discovered bug called insokekio. If you don't go to a hospital, in 76 hours the poison will kick in. Some signs will be:

-strange toenail growth
-itchiness (it's already kicking in I see )
-severe voice changes (your voice will be really squeaky and high pitched. suck in the helium from a balloon. it can be compared to that)
-being more ticklish than usual
-butterflies in your stomach (literally! )

Please Russell, see a doctor quickly.
