Yeah we were told to expect 3-4 inches of rain and severe wind gusts .. right
It rained for like 10 minutes off and on and the wind was nothing .. wouldn't even blow a person's hat off or make their umbrella go all funny

I Like driving in rain. Its a challenge it is!
I want it to rain here but, thats not the best thing to happen right now.

yeah living inland waiting for a hurricane sucks ass. you gotta get close to the coast, that's where the action is. the anticipation, the tracking, the calling of relatives or friends farther away. it's fun.
oh...is it comming this way? oh...maybe, it's getting weaker. could be uh wait here it comes, it's almost here, and......shit. 100 miles north of us. oh well get ready for the next one!

For the past week we have had unusually hot weather. So much so that it has broken records for this day. Its really funny that here schools are closing because it is so hot out and other places are getting snow and hurricanes.
I heart Newfoundland weather.

my umbrella went all funny. i was walking to my car after class and it went all funny, so i said screw it and just closed the umbrella and walked the rest of the way in the rain.
