My history teacher from last year, who is no older than 27, killed himself.

Whatever good mood I was in is completely shatter.

Stuff like that is always really hard. My friend's older brother killed himself last fall. It really isn't an easy thing to go through.

Thanks...

The guy was one of my favourite teachers, and I had, like, a crush on him, too. Cause he was cute. But it's okay, because he was only 26 at the time.

I'll be fine. I'm not gunna cry or anything...I'm just...completely shocked. I found out in CCD. The sister came in and said one of the coaches for the high school had killed himself, and the other students clarified who it was. She went off on a tangeant about how the people who kill themselves are mentally ill and they don't have control.

I could've leaped over my desk and ripped her throat out.

People who kill themselves aren't necessarily mentally ill, just like not all mentally ill people will try to kill themselves .. that's stereotyping

That's what I said. She said, like "Oh, people who killed themselves were playing god and murdering themselves so they wouldn't bury them in churchyards, blah blah blah imignorantblahblahyakyakshootmeimoldandhaventhadsexineightyyears." and then afterwards we were talking about it and the kids in my class knew that it was him.

this is what we talked about in abnormal psychology today people classifying anyone who does not follow the norms are classified as mentally ill when they by far are not.

People are ignorant.
