i prefer ice chips

it messes with your taste buds so anything like juice will taste gross and gatorate is good .. and yeah, you have to drink enough, but not too much.

I had a water drinking contest in grade 10 Foods class. I drank I think 15 glasses of water straight. The next closest was 9 or something. I had to pee every minute or so because I didn't puke it up. I had to skip my last class because of it.

My bro drank like 3 litres of water on film in one sitting while racing another kid to see who could drink it the fastest. He was doing it as a part of a school project/video. They both puked it all up.

Neither of us died in case anyone was wondering.

it's not the ecstasy that kills you .. it's the too much water .. because on e you're supposed to drink occasionally and keep yourself hydrated .. so lots of raver kids end up drinking TOO much and they don't piss it out or puke it up .. so you can actually die by drinking too much water .. sure e can kill you to if you're an idiot about it but most reported deaths from raves are becauses kids drank to much water or not enough while on e.

it is scary .. i've had 2 scary experiences from it .. but i think at the raves you're just so caught up in the music and the lights and the people that you tend to forget about what you're supposed to do to make sure you're okay.

i've never been to a rave, i don't think i could handle a rave on drugs of any kind :lol:

How much water is being had that it kills you? When I'm at the gym, I usually work out for 45 minutes and in that time I drink a liter of water, maybe even more.

The lesson is to urinate whenever! wherever! we'll learn to be together!!

My biology teacher once told me that story. If you drink way too much water your body can't handle it, the water will just mix with your blood and gets too thin... Or something... :freak:

well, that’s what I remember… So I could be wrong since my memory isn’t always that reliable when it comes to these sorts of things. :lol:
