More fruits and veggies definitely need to be added to our diets. Not to mention, it is my religious belief that killing animals for no reason is wrong. It's hard to admit, since I eat quite a bit of meat.

exactly my view.

but i wouldnt say that ALL killing of animals is for no reason. just over doing it is wrong.

can you elaborate? i'm definitely not saying that you can't have morals without religion, but i'd like to hear this viewpoint.

I want the law to state that abortion is illegal. I think a mothers choice shouldnt over ride the life of a child.

Secondly I think "pro choice" is mislabeling the issue. It should be "pro abortion" or "pro life." People who are againts abortion are not against a womens right to choose. They are againts a particular choice, not choosing in general.

me too .. i think abortion should be made illegal as well.

See, I wont argue with your opinion because it differs from mine, but the problem with making abortion illegalis that it will still go on, in like backdoor clinics where the mother could potentially get very seriously injured. EVen though it could be made illegal, it will still take place.

but same with any illegal activity. roberies, murders, drug use, etc...
they all still happen, but not to the extent that they would if they were legal.

Except that if you make abortion illegal after its been legal for so long[how long I dont know] it would still be very high, and probably dangerous.

true... but by principle alone i think it should be illegal

I'm for homosexual and bisexual rights.

Denying them rights in my opinion takes our country back to the nadr of race relations in 1890-1920

Change can really be hurtful but in my mind it is something that has to occur. Millions are children are being denied the chance to live because we as humans are all for "choice" and the rights of women. No one should be able to decide whether an innocent life lives or dies.

I was having a discussion about it with someone in class once but we had to stop because it was just depressing. Like if someone is raped you can understand why they would want to have an abortion, but if they were just having sex willingly then it's a risk you have to take.

but even if you get raped, sacrafice nine months of your life and go with adoption. i'd give up 9 months COMPLETELY to avoid killing someone

again it's ALL about whether or not you think the unborn child is alive.

Only 1% of abortions are a result of rape.
