The paper is very thick. If it was rolled it would probably stay that way...

Ahh, I see. But you could always ship it, then he could get it framed on his own. That'd save on shipping costs.

You don't do that to priceless artwork!

Yes. Would you like it framed as well?

Yup It would. I'm looking into finding a way to ship art without framing it.

Wouldn't that cause damage to the painting?

^ Probably. Its a little more durable than a painting though because it was actually done in pencil crayon. If i could find a flat cardboard box big enough to hold it that may work but framing is definetely the best way.

Not if he does it right. What medium is it in? Nothing that rubs off, right? Well, regardless... put the art (unrolled) into a plastic bag that's as big as the paper, then roll it, keeping the plastic on the flat surfaces (ie. roll the plastic bag with the art). Then, if you wanna be super safe with it, put it into another bag, like a thin one that they use for posters in poster shops. Then tie the end off, and put it in a mailing tube. Should arrive completely safe.

Yay for being outposted.

As i said it was done in pencil crayon. ;)

Secondly i'm sure a poster tube would work but again.. i'm worrying about bending the paper far to much. Its really thick, so unless Johnathan is gonna frame it, it will remain rolled up for eternity :P

Ahh, see, I'm assuming he's planning on framing it when he gets it, though.

And, they actually sell honkin' big poster tubes. I use one tube for *all* my un-hanged posters... it's a lot wider than normal ones.

Completed two more "works."

Hopefully have them photographed and uploaded in the next week or so.
One is a mural of sorts and the other is a work in surrealism.
