i agree, but people sue over stupid stuff, take for instance the lawsuit over the domestic shelters.

how is that lawsuit stupid? it's a discriminatory system. i'm sure that suing the shelters isn't the most ideal way to try and bring about change, but it is the best way for the NCFM to get some attention paid to the issue.
