I was 17 when I went off to college. My deal was that my parents were sick of babysitting so they sent me off to preschool a year early. I was supposed to go for three years to compensate, but after two they decided I was mentally ready and moved me on. I've been young for my grade ever since.

I never went to pre-school. I feel so deprived.

I've always been the youngest person in my whole freaking grade, being the November baby that I am lol... I'm going into grade 11 and I won't be 16 for more than 3 months :( I'll graduate at age 17, but there's noooo way I'm going to university that early.... ack, I might after all, but I sure hope not :|

Fortunately, I make up for this by looking like I'm around 18 8-) ... my barber thought I was 23 lol

You didn't miss much. All I remember is getting beat up by kids and eating paste...I prolly got beat up BECAUSE I ate the paste, but it sure was yummy...very...minty. I also brought my blankie with me to preschool, in a big brown bag, cause I was still at that age where I couldn't be without it. The other kids always wanted to know what was in the bag, but I told them it was an angry snake so they wouldn't go in there.

Ha, that happens to me all the time. I'm 16 and the other day, someone asked me if I was married. And, I got told that I looked like I was 23 I think. It was funny.

i still have mine too...but I'm not as emotionally attached to it as I used to be. like...i don't bring it anywhere with me or anything...like to college, but i still like to keep it, just as a keepsake. i plan on sewing some of it onto the inside of my wedding dress, and then having another bit buried with me...hehe. Of course, now that i've admitted to still having a blankie, I'm sure I won't be getting married anytime soon, or even at least getting a date...

This is unrelated, but I'm not sure if I'm happy or mad on this one. My friend who went to the concert with me on 8/13 just IM'd me to tell me that she bought Gravity. Hmmm...my first impulse was to tell her she should have bought Happiness...and I started ranting about how she should listen to the lyrics for the value they have and all that stuff and she was like, "you know I don't listen to lyrics...but i'll try". geez, that's when I realized that she normally listens to rap and stuff, and rarely even pays attention to what musicians are singing about. I'm kinda saddened that she won't be experiencing OLP as she should, although I'm going to try to beat it into her. She also said that her mom loves the album

A long time ago, the tech at work asked me what year i was in and i was like "ummm, grade 11 year".

oh, and another time, my mom and i went to her travel agent to pick up some travel books for my brother's honeymoon. Here's what happened:

Mom: I need to get some travel brochures for a honeymoon
Travelagent guy: Oh, is your daughter getting married?
Me: :wtf:
Mom: God no

What? Steph? You're not 13? Dammit, I thought I was having fun being with some one illegal...oh well, I guess I won't be goin to jail anytime soon.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

I'm 17 and have passed for 19... Me, my mom and her friend were at East Side Marios (it's a restaurant, an awesome restaurant) and it has a bar there, well I was just getting off work so i met them there cause they were my ride. Anyways the bartender looks at me and goes what can i get ya and reaches into the fridge with all the beer, I said "sprite" and he did a double take, it was actually kinda funny, my mom was like "You do know he was about to give you a beer right?"
thing is though I dont drink alcohol so I didn't really care, I'd much rather have Sprite anyday.

My mom made my blankie into a pillow and sewed my name into it. It's pretty.
