Don't worry about it. I dwell on things all the time. I'm still dwelling on the No Goal crap from 99 and the way we got screwed over 3 times in one game against Washington in 98 and how LeClair scored through the side of the net in 2000....blah, I don't know why I like hockey. It just causes stress.
Don't say we're healing when it's just not what we do...

I miss hockey. Yeah, it's okay to watch baseball but when you're team's always losing you need to see your favorite sport. (The Indians suck!!!)
So I'll just sing a little song. It goes like this:
"Most other sports are fucked,
So bring back the puck.
We'll bury this field,
And cover it with ice."

ah yes...hockey songs...this one always brings a tear to my eyes
Now ever since I was young it's been my dream
That I might drive a Zamboni machine
I'd get the ice just as slick as could be
And all the kids would look up to me
I want to drive the Zamboni ... hey
I want to drive the Zamboni ... Yes I do!

Hey Stloki, you can call the Red Wings stupid now, but when they win the Stanley Cup and St. Louis is gone in the first round, I will smile and think of this day when I predicted the future, or something.

I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.
I'm a huge Stars fan... have been since they were the North Stars back in Minnisota...
Sorry Arlie but Hulls goal was a goal... he had control of the puck in the crease and scored, plain and simple... I've played hockey for the last 15 years and in my books that was a goal, and even if it was a Buffalo player who would have scored on Belfour in the same manner it still would have been a goal in my opinion

I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

A smart one who knows how bad your team really is.
I am not even a Wings fan either....

Guh, I hate arguing about this, but his foot never left the crease. Even when he didn't have the puck, his foot was in it. If it was any other game, any other team as a matter of fact, the play would have been looked over. It just always happens to Buffalo. Always. Scoring through the side of the net, skates in the creases, it just never stops. I know everyone is sick of Buffalo's bitching but just take a minute and think about it. You're a die-hard fan, Game 6, Stanley Cup Finals, 3rd OT, the other team scores, and the goal is disputable. And then the NHL Commissioner literally turns his back on the coach when he asks for an explanation. It makes me want to cry.
Oh, and then, the NHL openly comes out and says it should have been reviewed and gives the Sabres, and its fans a fucking apology. An APOLOGY!!! I hate sports.

I've been a Wings fan since I was introduced to hockey 5 1/2 - 6 years ago.

Amen to that. (Joseph in the Toronto --> Detroit trade)
Some of you probably think I left. But was I ever here to start?
