Get on the phone with tech support and tell them to speed that sucker up. You live there you speak their language.
Unless by some ironic twist when you call tech support you get some yankee in the states.
i already pay more than enough for this line.. higher speeds = significantly more money = no dice
i currently pay slightly less than a standard 5mbps line over there (im currently spending around 20 a month and when i left my dad was paying 25 or so) to get faster speeds would cost like.. 50 a month for a 2mbps line thats unlimited heh
Get yourself setup with an open US based proxy and you should be able to get around that.
I mentioned this in another thread, but it's almost impossible to find a proxy that will allow you to watch streamed video. 99% of them won't do anything with it.

It feels like Echo's assignments are just filler, while we get like two-minute updates on what is ACTUALLY going on with Alpha and all that.
I'm getting a little lost in the assignments while I wish we were getting more of the actual plot.
