:(
you have to, you just have to trust me
whoever i was then i can't ever be again
the faith you've found i've never felt
the terror held in wedding bells
the comfort in "there's no one else"
the truth be told, i'm never going to know

Yeah, my mom called to. They said you need to be a Rogers member to me. But...I don't like that. Anyone try using their Rogers password?

Makes sense, since Massey Hall is owned by Rogers if I'm not mistaken. I would try to call Massey directly.

Oh no. :( I'm so sorry guys. If I remember, I'll say something to the band about it today. I'm sure they have nothing to do with it, but maybe they'll be able to work something out so more actual fans can get in.

When NOBODY on the CM wins (and nobody on the CC has mentioned winning, either), you know something's wrong.

Well I called Massey Hall and I'm pretty sure I wasn't the first. The lady was quite... edgy with me. But yea, apparently there has been no announcements of that sort. No clue how this works.

Annoucements to the ticket people at Massey Hall... She said to check ticketmaster which I replied that I already did and she said it maybe a closed event only for a fanclub or something and that she is unaware of the cocnert.

If it's a closed event then it shouldn't be on ticketmaster for anyone to see, and it shouldn't say 'on sale to the general public at ...' when it isn't onsale to the general public.

I feel so bad for you guys *hugs*
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.

Ya, if you read the rules and regs from the winolptickets rogers website, it says how they are distributing tickets to the contest winners is through a password system....i.e they will e-mail you telling you that you won, then you do all the legal stuff, and they send you the password to claim your tickets...

so even though it may LOOK like it's on sale to the general public, it's really not....

since they started to pick winners as of yesterday, that would be my guess as to why it's all set up to go through ticketmaster to get the tickets, as people are starting to get the passwords..

READ THIS:

Region 1: Participants from Ontario (excluding the Ottawa area) are eligible to win one (1) pair of tickets out of a total of 1,000 pairs of tickets, with a total retail value of each prize being approximately $120. Draws for 200 prizes for entrants in Region 1 will be held at approximately 11:00 am Eastern on each of September 20, 27, October 4 and 11, 2005; a final draw will be held to award the balance of tickets available (a minimum of 200) or not claimed on or about October 25, 2005 at approximately 11:00 am Eastern. Entries selected at each of these draws will not be eligible in any of the draws occurring later in this Contest. Selected entrants drawn prior to October 25, 2005 will be contacted by email at the email address given on the entry ballot and given the opportunity to correctly answer the skill testing question. Successful entrants will be given a PIN number with which to claim their tickets. If they do not claim their prize by October 21, 2005 they will forfeit their prize and another ballot will be drawn. Selected entrants from the October 25, 2005 draw will also be contacted by email at the email address given on the entry ballot and given the opportunity to correctly answer the skill testing question. Successful entrants will be given a PIN number with which to claim their tickets. They must claim their prize by November 1, 2005 or they will forfeit their prize.

THAT EXPLAINS IT ALL

All the Toronto shows so far have been messed up.

The Drake Hotel: Only a select few who enter a contest by so and so win.

Mod Club: Only like 100 get tickets and sells out in 1 second.

Massy Hall: Another contest...then if you win you buy the tickets.
