Simulatniously i have to be at drama every weeknight. and field hockey.

on top of that, the teacher scheduled a saturday rehearsal with very little notice. so i need to be off work so that i can be there. or else the teacher would MURDER me. oi. im feeling so overwhelmed and defeated by everything.

my boss is gonna be pissed, my teacher's gonna be pissed, and my coach is gonna be pissed.

Let me encourage you not to put your job before your education. I cannot stress that enough. You have the rest of your life to work and make money, but for now I think you need to focus on doing good in school and enjoying your extra curricular activities. You are too young to get stressed over work. If your boss can't understand why you can't work so many hours, then I'll shoot them in the fucking head.

Lori, you can stock groceries at my store. I'll make sure you get scheduled for however many hours you need.

thanks matt. you're right. i'm going to try not to stress, but it seems that i'm rather prone to it.

shoot my boss in the head? you're my hero, even if it wouldnt really solve anything.

They gave out glasses of champagne at work today cos one of out customers finally signed a big deal with us that we've been working on for ages. And they're Canadian - do people know who Moneris are??

moneris = bank machine company?

i dont' work today. but i'll be joyous about how good my work is - i got a raise, and i am now in charge of my own category. yay.

Moneris = something to do with acquiring credit card transactions. = the people who deal with the shops (merchants) rather than the issuers who give people cards.

My favourite bit at work, um ... I did a presentation and I didn't suck!

my favourite thing that happened to me today:

this morning, i walk into school, i go to my locker and there's mustard spread all over the door, and it reeks of vinegar. so, not wanting to deal with this first thing in the morning, i walk away.

so, at coffee break, i head back to my locker, and find that someone had written: 'is this Radu's locker?' (radu is this really annoying yet cool kid who's a year younger than me.) so, i write back on my locker "no, that's next door. to the right.". and walk away.

so, at lunch, i go BACK to my locker, and guess what i see? radu's locker covered in mustard, and reeking of vinegar. but mine seems to have been slighly cleaned (it's wet, the mustard is slightly smeared, and there's a little bit of towel paper caught in the latch). the continuous conversation on my door says "come back after school, and we'll have a surprise for you." i walk away.

after school, i come back to my locker, and it's all clean, sparkly, and there's a car air freshener taped to my locker. a note says "sorry!". Radu's locker, on the other hand, is comepletely messed.

this proves that not all high school kids are evil. :D

somehow, i managed to do absolutely nothing at work tonight. it was joyous.
anyway. my rant, involving abuse of the '14 and under' pst exemption. do not play me for an idiot, and tell me that this pile of size 2XL clothes is for under 14. your daughter is standing right beside you, she's insanely skinny, and you obviously are the one who fits the 2XL clothes. also, i saw you go into the fitting room. i was the one who cleaned up your huge ass mess.
you are not under 14, and these clothes are for you. have some dignity and cough up the extra $5 for tax.

ahem.
also, people who leave huge ass piles in change rooms need to be hurt.
