Because in an age where kids are having sex at younger and younger ages, we all know that these are the relevent topics.

Well it's a vicious cycle, kids are becoming secually active at younger ages so they get sex-ed at younger ages which sexualizes them. I mean, there has to be a line drawn or else there could be second graders learning what a vagina is.
If I would blame anyone, it would be marketers who want these children to sexualize at younger ages, look at the rise of the "tweens." I mean, they're such a sought after demographic now.

apparently the solution to the problem is to teach them about light defraction and such and not about the dangers of what theyre doing
cuz like obviously thats what i think about when i see a hot female
"holy damn that girl is hot .. and wow are those light rays from that burning mass of gases at the center of our solar system truly defracting in a beautiful manner today"
go fuck yourself.

I first had sex ed in 4th grade. The boys got it in like... 6th I think. Anyway, the point is... I never did anything til late high school, regardless of that early education. It's society's emphasis on sex, not the education of body parts that's making children grow up so fast.

first thing i do when i see a hot girl is
second thing that happens is hot girl slaps me

teaching them bout sex ed wont solve anything; it's society's views on whats going on.
case in point: drugs
in school, we're taught that drugs are bad...yet you see so many people smoking up some weed, shooting up some crack, and now we're even starting a free heroin program :(
now you may say that we were taught that smoking was bad in school, and that today's kids don't smoke as much....but really its society's view that has changed that, not the education
in addition, you look at drinking and driving. in commercials and such, you're taught not to drink and drive - but that was five years ago when MADD was going really strong and so was all the governmental programs
these days, its really not uncommon for a person to have a couple beers and then get behind the wheel, cause society aint focused on that shit anymore
When the consequence of rage comes through the living room floor.

That doesn't mean kids shouldn't be informed. Some actually are intellegent enough to take that education to heart.

I'm not saying that educating them is bad, it's just that they're sexualized at such a young aged by these marketing firms who only see dollar signs when they look at an eleven or twelve year-old girl.
There's nothing wrong with knowing about the birds and the bees, it could infact be beneficial because they could have a better sense of their body, the Journal of Homosexuality also states that they would be less likely be sexually abused. With that said, would you like your child to learn about it at the age of six or seven?

Thing is, being educated about it isn't going to change their opinions on the opposite sex. Chances are, they'll be taught by a gym teacher that nobody's even remotely attracted to, and they'll still think boys/girls are "icky". But, they'll remember what they learned and hopefully practice safer sex when they're older.

I say get youth addicted to smack and inject them with aids. That will help teach society it's ills.

WOW Lando, that is awful.... but it's funny  ...but awful

Yeah, i remember in the 6th grade hearing what girl gave head to what guy. Real nice. I'm almost 16 now, i haven't had sex, and i'm not planning to for a while. So america's youth isn't completely lost.

But anyway, no, it's not a good method of birth control for ANYone. God, you guys didn't learn anything in sex ed, did you? Regardless of premature ejaculation, there's the fact that precum (tried to find the technical word for this but failed) contains a small amount of sperm.

So yeah, next time you don't have any condoms, don't try "pulling out"... unless of course, you secretly want that baby. :P

forget babies.. that is the least of anyone's worries. You can get STDs this way.. most people didn;t know that...

See if you got an STI (or STD for those of you who aren't with it  " every time you had sex without a condom, that would mean that every time a married couple had sex to make a baby, they would run the risk of getting an STI. Ok, I should probably expand on that before someone doesn't get fully what I'm saying. Some STI's like syphilis are contracted through exposure to an open wound, so you should always take care and be sure not to have any open wounds when having sex...although it raises the question why you would have an open wound down there...but moving right along. Other ones like herpes are contracted through skin to skin contact on the herpes sore. So if you have cold sores around your mouth don't be having oral sex. So yes you need to have an STI to transfer one, except for the ones in which are caused because of bacteria and such...but they are easily treated with medication. So if you ever see anything wrong with your fun parts rush to the doctor and get checked out. But like one person who doesn't have AIDS or HIV isn't going to infect somone else with AIDS or HIV. There thus conclused my handy little lesson on sex, and sexually transmitted infections/diseases. I'm very sure many of you already knew all that, but yeah there is my two cents. In conclusion, remember the motto that was on the bottom of all the sex ed sheets "unless you're in a monogamous relationship, use a glove every time you make love (of course make sure you and your partner have been checked.)"

It hides all the teeth, my dear,

So glad you could stay
Forever

Don't take his hand

Shadows creep & dance the walls

Goodbye you liar,
Well you sipped from the cup but you don't own up to anything
Then you think you will inspire
Take apart your head
(and I wish I could inspire)
Take apart your demons, then you add it to the list.
