Pilate - Caught By The Window

Not bad, but really mellow. Very euro-influenced.

Every now and then I fall out into open air just to feel the wind, rain and everything.
And though the hum and sway gets me down
, I'll find the way to peace and openness.

Goodbye you liar,
Well you sipped from the cup but you don't own up to anything
Then you think you will inspire
Take apart your head
(and I wish I could inspire)
Take apart your demons, then you add it to the list.

Kind of Like Spitting - Bridges Worth Burning
Morrisey - ehhh I forgot the name, but I couldn't pass it up, it was $6
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

yeah its only online, i hate buying shit online too, but my mom owed my twenty bucks so i just told her to buy it for me, so i guess i lucked out.

otherwise, i got it today, i like it alot, pete talks alot more than he does in normal shows, the only two things i was dissapointed about were that his cover of the smiths panic is not on it, and he does a uptempo version on bandstand in the sky(his tribute to jeff buckly) which he did acoustic when i saw him and it was amazing, the version on the cd is only good. But i feel its the best live album i have bought since the counting crows across a live wire/

Modest Mouse - Building Nothing Out Of Something

&

Billy Talent - (s/t)

I'd say after only one listen that my favorite of the 2 is the Modest Mouse, but they're both quite good

how is new phantom planet b/c the first single is absolute garbage and sounds nothing like they used to. It sounds like a reject from the new Strokes album
old school CM'er 4 Life

well the new phantom planet cd sounds like a strokes album, but a little better, i still much rather have the old stuff though, its not bad though, I enjoy it, stroke fans would probably like it. Although i don't think big brat is that bad of a song, not good, but not horrible

The Coral - Magic and Medicine
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.
