^ agreed, i feel your pain
Ive had similar experiences. Is your credit card company going to cover the money spent on it?

thanks guys. this just totally sucks. the guy at the credit card company said that i wouldn't have to pay for any money spent on my card. at least, that's what i think he said. it's just a big hassle because now i have to replace everything, and there are so many fee's to replace stuff.
is it really bad to drive without a license? because i have to work all weekend and i my store isn't walking distance. it's about a 15 minute drive. i don't know if i should just risk it and drive there, or if i should tell my manager i can't work (but i am already in shit at work and can't really take any more days off). and i don't have anyone to drive me there because my parents are still on vacation and everyone i know is busy this weekend, being the 2-4 weekend. what do i do?????

What's the 2-4 weekend?
I would just drive, and make sure you don't break any rules. Cops don't just pull you over there for the fun of it, do they? If they do...then I wouldn't. But here you usually have to speed or not stop or have a headlight out to get pulled over.

yea, that's what i was thinking. i should just drive, but drive very carefully so i don't get stopped by a cop.

yea, i was thinking that too. public transit is such a drag though. that's probably what i'll end up doing. it just gets screwed up on sunday because my parents will be getting home before i get home from work, and if they see that i'm not home and my car is in the garage, they'll get all suspicious and think i was kidnapped or something.

i have some semi-good news. my manager just called and said he found my wallet. it was near the backdoor of the store in the grass. but he said my debit card was gone, my visa was gone (obviously), my license was gone (grrrr), my caa card was gone, my nephew's pictures were gone

, my phone card was gone. my petro points card was still there, and i have been saving up for the whole year for something big. my sin card and my health card were still there, so now i won't have to get those renewed. stupid people.
